Garden Update
I'm starting to see broccoli, broccoli rabe, beets, marigolds and snowpeas! I was beginning to worry that I had a serious brown thumb but it looks like this summer's garden may be fruitful after all!

Isn't it usually referred to as a "black" thumb?
I hesitate to think about a "brown" thumb.
I don't know about all of this black thumb business. Here in Dirty Jerz we've always called it a brown thumb.
Now that you've brought it up, you twisted fuck- the brown thumb sounds pretty stinky!
